Welcome to KayaFlix, a digital streaming platform operated by Kaya Creative Media OPC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of KayaFlix through our website, iOS app, Android app, and related services.

By creating an account, streaming content, purchasing a subscription, buying episode credits, or otherwise using KayaFlix, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you download KayaFlix from Apple's App Store and KayaFlix does not provide a separate signed license agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your app use in addition to these Terms.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and use KayaFlix. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate registration, profile, and payment information.
• Do not share your password or attempt to access another user's account.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

KayaFlix provides access to Filipino streaming content, including series, episodes, movies, trailers, previews, and related features. The service is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

Content availability may differ by region, device, platform, license window, release date, and account status. We may add, remove, pause, or update titles and features at any time. Coming-soon titles may be visible before playback is available.

KayaFlix may offer auto-renewable subscription plans such as monthly or quarterly access. Each purchase screen shows the subscription title, length of the subscription period, current price, any displayed regular or comparison price, and the content or service included during that period.

• A monthly subscription provides recurring access for one month at a time until canceled.
• A quarterly subscription provides recurring access for three months at a time until canceled.
• Subscription access includes streaming access to eligible KayaFlix catalog content while the subscription remains active.
• Prices, taxes, offers, and billing periods are shown before purchase and may vary by platform, store, region, and promotion.

Your billing provider depends on where you complete the purchase. A subscription must be managed through the platform where it was purchased.

• Apple App Store.iOS in-app subscriptions and consumable episode credits are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under Apple's terms.
• Google Play.Android in-app subscriptions and consumable episode credits are billed by Google Play through your Google account. Google handles payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under Google Play's terms.
• KayaFlix website. Web purchases are billed through KayaFlix-supported payment providers, including AllBank QRPH where available. Website purchases must be managed through KayaFlix account pages or support channels.

If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the website and the other mobile platform may show your membership status, but payment method updates, cancellation, and store-specific refund requests must be handled in that store.

KayaFlix may sell consumable episode credit packages. Credits are digital items used to unlock eligible individual episodes. Unless a package states otherwise, one (1) credit unlocks one (1) episode.

• Episode credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
• Episode credits are not transferable, resellable, exchangeable, or giftable.
• If you unlock the same episode again using the same account, KayaFlix should recognize that prior unlock and should not consume an additional credit for that same episode.
• Unused credits do not expire unless a package, promotion, law, or platform rule states otherwise.
• Consumable purchases are generally final after successful delivery, subject to applicable law and the relevant store or payment provider rules.

KayaFlix may provide limited free watch usage for eligible accounts. Free watch usage is promotional, may be time-limited, and may vary by title, region, platform, and account.

Once free usage ends, you may need an active subscription or episode credit unlock to keep watching paid content. KayaFlix may block playback for expired subscriptions, insufficient credits, unavailable titles, release dates that have not yet started, geographic restrictions, or content protection requirements.

You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

• Apple purchases must be canceled or refunded through Apple's subscription and purchase support flows.
• Google Play purchases must be canceled or refunded through Google Play's subscription and purchase support flows.
• Web subscriptions may be canceled through KayaFlix account pages where available or by contacting support.
• We may consider web refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, technical issues that prevented access, or cases required by law.

KayaFlix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream eligible content for personal entertainment only. You do not acquire ownership of any content, artwork, software, or intellectual property.

You may not copy, download, archive, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service or content unless KayaFlix expressly permits it.

KayaFlix content is protected by copyright, digital rights management, forensic watermarking, security controls, and other content protection measures. You agree not to bypass or interfere with those measures.

• Do not record, rebroadcast, upload, sell, or redistribute KayaFlix content.
• Do not use screen recording, capture tools, bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation.
• Accounts involved in piracy, credential abuse, payment fraud, or security attacks may be suspended or terminated without refund.

KayaFlix may limit simultaneous streams, registered devices, device changes, geographic access, and household sharing. These limits may vary by plan, region, and platform.

You are responsible for sign-ins from your account. KayaFlix may require re-authentication or terminate sessions when we detect suspicious activity.

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can request access, correction, deletion, or support.

You may request account deletion from supported account settings or by contacting support@kayaflix.com. Deleting your KayaFlix account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; you must cancel store subscriptions directly with the store.

We work to keep KayaFlix available, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network outages, third-party failures, store outages, DRM requirements, or cloud provider issues may affect access.

We may update the app, website, player, payment flows, and catalog features to improve the service, satisfy store requirements, comply with law, or protect content.

KayaFlix may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, payment misuse, or unauthorized purchases.
• Piracy, content theft, account sharing abuse, or security threats.
• Conduct that harms KayaFlix, creators, users, payment providers, or stores.

KayaFlix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any title, feature, device support, or uninterrupted playback.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaya Creative Media OPC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and may also be communicated by email, in-app message, or account notice.

Continued use of KayaFlix after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or platform store.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
