This Policy applies to all personal data obtained through the KayaFlix application, as well as its official website and other digital platforms operated or managed by KayaFlix, unless otherwise stated. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, contact details, or any other information that directly or indirectly identifies you.

By accessing or using the KayaFlix application and/or related platforms, you signify your consent to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, consistent with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

• Account information. Name, email address, date of birth, password.
• Age verification. Government-issued ID processed via our internal verification system. IDs are stored for a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
• KYC information. Full name, address, phone number — collected only to comply with mature-content access regulations and prevent fraud.
• Payment information. E-wallet, debit, credit card details and billing address, processed by our compliant third-party providers Ventaja and Paycools.
• Usage information. Browsing history, search queries, and the content you watch.
• Device information. Device type, OS, unique identifiers.
• Location information. Collected only with your explicit opt-in to offer localized content and enforce geographic restrictions.
